He knows hundreds of songs and is glad to take your requests each Friday, playing and singing favorites from across eras and styles. Jazz, blues, rock, pop, folk, country. Jonas Myers Biography
Jonas Myers is a musician, writer, teacher, bicycle wanderer, and proud lifelong Cascadian. In his twenties, he gained recognition in Seattle as a jazz pianist, composer, and bandleader. His group the Walking Hat Trio played a KNKX Studio Session in 2019. For several years he was a regular performer at the Canlis piano bar. In 2020, he released his debut album, Driving Home, featuring a nine-piece ensemble. In 2021, he moved to Corvallis, OR, where he earned his MFA in creative writing at Oregon State University.
