About this concert
Hailing from the music-filled streets of Melbourne, Australia, Shaun Kirk is an award-winning blues and soul troubadour recognised for his exceptional talent as a born entertainer. His unique talent has not only earned him many accolades but also much praise from fellow artists, such as three-time Grammy Award Winner Fantastic Negrito, who has declared his show as "One of the best one-man shows he’s ever seen!"
Kirk's vocals exude a gritty, soulful depth that seems to transcend far beyond his years, with critics continually acclaiming him as "one of the finest blues voices Australia has ever heard" (Buzz Mag).
LT will be supporting Shaun Kirk. LT is known for her ability to deep dive into multiple genres and then come up for air with a hook-driven pop song, LT's new single, "Real Life = No Fun," is a fine example of what it would feel like if Beck, LT, and Devon Cole joined forces and invited you on their next road trip.
An Alt-Pop track with a sprinkle of twang, "Real Life = No Fun" is this year's summer anthem and included in Top 10 Most Played tracks on Double J Radio.
LT (formerly Leanne Tennant) is a 4 x time Qld Music Award winner, and her music has been featured on British Airways, Channel 7, and ABC TV.

LT Biography
Known for her ability to deep dive into multiple genres and then come up for air with a hook-driven pop song, Cairns-based artist LT reveals her new single, "Real Life = No Fun," as a fine example of what it would feel like if Beck, LT, and Devon Cole joined forces and invited you on their next road trip.
An Alt-Pop track with a sprinkle of twang, "Real Life = No Fun" is this year's summer anthem that begs you to grab your mates, hit the road, and chase the sun. It is currently in the Top 10 Most Played tracks on ABC Radio's, Double J Radio,
LT describes the creation of her latest track as ""Real Life = No Fun," which first came together during the lockdowns of the pandemic. My friends and I had just worked out how to group call each other, so we would meet up and share a couple of beers and a laugh together. Like everyone else at that time, I was imagining taking a road trip and being with my friends again on a beach somewhere, watching the sun go down, and taking our worries with it. "Real Life = No Fun" is still exactly about that. It’s about blowing off your responsibilities or other people's expectations of what you should be doing and just finding space to be with those that matter and having fun."
UK-born, Cairns-based independent artist LT has been on a steady incline in recent years, proving that she’s not stopping anytime soon. Her latest Alt-Pop-Disco single, "Mercy!"has just been added to all British Airways and Aer Lingus in-flight entertainment for the next 12 months. Showcased across their #NextBigThing segment presented by Tina Edwards from Soho Radio, LondonLT is the only Australian-based artist to be selected. The track was also added to the full rotation at ABC's Double J station.
LT, a four-time Queensland Music Award recipient, is an advocate for diversity and inclusion in music, recognised for her track "Act Your Age" addressing ageism. She has garnered attention globally, receiving invitations to perform at BBC Radio-curated events at the UK's 'Cavern Club', and securing heavy support and placements on Spotify and Apple Music.
Proving location and a lack of a record label aren't barriers to success, LT won the International Songwriting Competition and Unsigned Only last year. She's also achieved syncs with Channel 7, ABC TV, Spotify/AAMI Insurance, and Marketing Melodies in-store entertainment, while supporting major artists like Ball Park Music, Missy Higgins, and Bernard Fanning. As Leanne Tennant, LT's work has been recognised by media giants like Medium (USA), Clash Magazine (UK), and Rolling Stone (AU). With more releases to come, she's set for an exciting year ahead so make sure to keep up with all things LT in 2024!
