About this concert
Buffalo Gals were born on this wonderful, outdoor, community stage, amongst 'the stones' over 20 years ago. Join them now as part of 'Made In Frome' - a 50 years celebration of professional artists in the town.
And after you've enjoyed the show, a beer and your picnics.. put on your dancing feet and, if you have an instrument – be it fiddle, uke, banjo, comb or spoons, bring it along to hang out for a ‘session’ on the stones with the band, after the show.

Buffalo Gals are the UK’s favourite Old Time Country String Band! At the forefront of the current wave of American roots-inspired music, the Gals represent a revival of the old string band tradition in its most vibrant form, with their live shows uniquely punctuated by the stunning and thrillingly syncopated traditional Appalachian step-dance that has become one of their trademarks.
