About this concert
Paul Engebretson, aka Front Row Paul was a well known fan for so many musicians in The Twin Cities Music Scene. Some would even recognize him as The Twin Cities Fan Ambassador. He was the sweet guy standing in front of the stage almost every night of the week and sometimes multiple shows in one night. He would document live videos and share them to his social media platforms. Usually every Monday Paul would write a weekly recap of every show he saw in detail, often adding a satirical line or two about the political happenings going on that would often give the reader a chuckle. He also hosted a Youtube Channel called ‘Some Kinda Fun’ where he would post some of his live videos he had taken and interview local musicians and folks involved in the music scene. He was a super fan and an activist for social justice. All in all, Front Row Paul was beloved by many for being one of the best and most positive people around. He was a very generous supporter of many musicians and artists. Sadly, we lost him to pancreatic cancer on Tuesday March 25th.
This show will host around 60 bands/solo artists. Most will deliver 15 minutes of either fame or shame over the span of 2 days. It will include a silent auction. The proceeds from the show will go to start up an annual grant in Paul’s name and also in another local music legend's name who lost his battle to pancreatic cancer as well, Ed Ackerson. The grant will be offered to one band/artist yearly and they will get recording time at Flower’s Studio and extra money for touring, merch, etc. More to come on this.
To donate to the silent auction please reach out to Tracy Wahl at Motogirlie35@gmail.com

Pullstring Biography
How does one describe Pullstring? Well… Basically Dad Rock. Hailing from Minneapolis, Pullstring’s brand of nostalgic Alt Rock and Power Pop is reminiscent of the 90s and 2000s artists they grew up listening to, such as Green Day and their hometown favorites, The Replacements.
Pullstring explores the struggles and realities of being a young adult in the 2020’s, the highs and lows, the victories and defeats. We’re all just trying to find our place in the world, come along and join us for the ride.
Though only a few years old, Pullstring is no stranger to life on the road with three Midwest tours under their belt playing at venues such as 7th Street Entry (Minneapolis, MN), the Maintenance Shop (Ames, IA), and Shank Hall (Milwaukee, WI).
Pullstring has also been on festival lineups such as Big Turn Music Fest, KURE Fest, and Northwoods Rock Rally. Notable touring acts Pullstring has opened for include ALEXSUCKS, George Clanton, The Melismatics, and We Are Scientists.
