AANI Biography
AANI smashes borders and builds sanctuary in their rubble. The exploratory lyricism, dazzling production, and blooming horns of vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, poet, and producer Aaron Kisslinger’s “Electrabrasspop” carry the listener into a world of honesty, freedom, healing, and joy. Raised in the nucleus of New York City’s Balkan Brass Band, Independent Pop, Klezmer, and Afro-Latin Jazz movements, Kisslinger respectfully blends these traditions, creating space for innovation, improvisation, empowerment, and liberation.
