The Raging Mabels Biography
The Raging Mabels; thundering screw face riffs delivered with only 8 strings and a set of skins. Built around Sparky’s (home made) four-string cigar box guitars, we blew away grandaddy’s porch and then some. The audio dished up is a melting of punk, grunge, rock & roots in equal measure, and is always delivered loud and with joy.
It’s been a busy year so far: we’ve released our debut mini album ‘Obey’, supported CJ Wildheart (and received a great review), played the famous Farmer Phil’s Festival, and are about to open up for The Skids…oh and we’ve been nominated as ‘Best Newcomers’ in the Shropshire Music Awards…with much more to come!
