Originating as a four piece surf rock group from oceanside, Kelpbeds has evolved into an alternative rock group enforcing sounds that break genre barriers. Founding members Peter Semenza and Jack Andolina started the band in 2020 and have recorded and released a catalogue of two EP's and a debut album along with several singles. There are plans of producing a second album and releasing before the end of 2025 and touring the coast the following year.
