Nester Biography
Nester is an eccentric bassist, singer & producer from Baltimore, MD. Nester is known for his unique ability to bring the bass guitar to the front of the stage with a combination of undeniable technical ability and masterful groove curation.
Nester has performed frequently across the Mid-Atlantic, supporting acts such as Lettuce, Ghost Note, and Mark Lettieri, as well as being featured on festivals including Karnival of the Arts, Some Kind of Jam and SHARE Festival.
In 2021, Nester released his first album Tipsy Heavens, featuring tracks with a wide range of styles from funky psychedelia to up-tempo electronica.
Nester will be releasing a new single titled “Igne Natura Renovatur Integra” in April 2023, followed by his sophomore album in Summer 2023.
Inspired by artists such as Pink Floyd & Primus, Nester consistently delivers a tasteful blend of stellar musicianship and irresistible groove.
