Stoke Signals Biography

Stoke Signals is a melodic punk band from Los Angeles, blending skate punk energy with the heart and grit of Midwestern punk. Pulling from scenes spanning LA, San Diego, New Jersey, and Baltimore, the band crafts a sound that's urgent, hook-driven, and delivered with a healthy dose of gruff.

After self-recording, self-producing, and self-releasing their debut album Make Dying Fun in late 2024, Stoke Signals quickly built buzz in the Southern California punk scene. Singles like “Holy Fangs” and “Take the Wheel” showcased the band's ability to slam together big hooks, reckless speed, and rough-edged storytelling — a mix that hit just as hard live as it did on record.

Following the release, the band hit stages across the region, playing standout shows at Emo Nite LA, Programme Skate & Sound, and a packed album release party in Los Angeles, earning a reputation for emotionally charged, relentlessly energetic performances.

In 2025, Stoke Signals signed with emerging independent label Hey! Fever Records, who reissued Make Dying Fun on vinyl. Now, they’re gearing up for a major year — recording a new EP and "bringing the Stoke" to Camp Punksylvania 2025 alongside The Vandals, Dillinger Four, The Lawrence Arms, FEAR, Against All Authority, and more.

Rooted in DIY culture but always pushing forward, Stoke Signals continues to grow their community through honest songs, electric shows, and a relentless drive to make every moment matter.
