June Holland Biography
Hailing from a small town just south of Manchester, singer-songwriter June Holland grew up immersed in the sounds of Stevie Wonder and Etta James. Now crafting her own music, she blends soulful vocals with an acoustic writing style reminiscent of artists like Paolo Nutini.
June released her debut single in June 2023 before following up with a further 9 tracks all of which she recorded and produced herself.
Hitting the ground running in 2024 she performed at multiple venues across the North of the UK, with highlights including, supporting Brit Award winning, Scottish singer-songwriter Eddi Reader MBE at Nantwich Roots Festival and Grammy and Brit Award winning indie legend Bernard Butler at Words & Music Festival. June is keen to continue on this trajectory, sharing her music with the masses!
June performs like she writes, just her, her guitar and the messages she needs to share. Her lyrics come from the heart, and she pours everything into each song, making her performances raw and full of emotion. Catch June at a gig near you to experience a voice which has been described as unique and distinct with bluesy undertones as warm as the month she’s named after...
