Yullola is a singer, writer, producer and dancer from New York City. Experimenting with spiritual themes of rhythm and voice, she creates her unique sonic world of innocent fun. Delight is at the heart of her work, inspired by the absurd beauty of modern life, dreams and meditation. When composing music, Yullola often dances to her beats, letting the movement suggest the words and melodies.
Yullola trained in classical Hindustani music as a child and sang in a local gospel choir, from a young age she was on a constant journey to shape her voice as an instrument of spiritual expression.
Yullola is currently completing her trilogy of works, which includes the albums Monastery of Love (2023), Zen Maiden (2024) and the project Strange Serenity, which will be released this year.
