About this concert
Montrose Rides, Rhythms & Ribs is sure to be the most fun festival on the Western Slope!
Rides: Check out the rides display with cars, trucks, motorcycles, bikes, ATV's, recreational vehicles and more! Also, be sure to register for the rides kids contest. Each GA & VIP ticket automatically enters you to win a Jeep Rubicon door prize (must be 18 years or over to win).
Rhythms: We have a great lineup of bands performing, country music, rock music, hip hop music, blues music, Christian rock and more. Performers will be updated on the website as they are added.
Ribs: We will have a rib eating contest that is not for the faint of heart. Stay tuned ribbers. Also, think your ribs are the best? Restaurants and amateur pit masters are invited to enter the cooking contest. Winner receives a trophy, featured in a local ad campaign and bragging rights!
Beyond the RRR, there is a Kids Zone, Vendors, Food Trucks, Beer Garden, Karaoke stage and so much more.

Rooted in Blues, Americana, Swamp Rock, and Funk, the Schaffer Brothers Band creates raw, no-frills music with a focus on grit, groove, and storytelling. Based in Grand Junction, Colorado, brothers Tyler and Kyle Schaffer bring deep-pocket rhythms, story telling, unique progressions, and jam band improvisation into a sound that’s both familiar and fresh.
The band’s live show is where it all comes together: Tight, funky, and driven jams built for barrooms, festival stages, and anywhere people appreciate authenticity.
Influenced by artists like Leon Russell, JJ Cale, Delbert McClinton, Randy Newman, Little Feat, Waylon Jennings and many others, the Schaffer Brothers seamlessly mix tight songwriting with the freedom of extended jams.
With new original music in the works and a growing reputation in the Colorado music scene, the band is steadily building a following one show at a time. Whether it’s a stripped-down roots tune or a funk driven jam, Schaffer Brothers Band brings authenticity to every set.
