About this concert
Come down to The Tote to celebrate Adam Mendum's debut release, First Light. Inspired by artists like Hozier and Gregory Alan Isakov, Adam's folk fingerstyle album is an intimate culmination of past experiences, delivered through raw, heartfelt live takes.
Joining us on the night is Dutch-born, Naarm-raised singer-songwriter Jasmijn Woods, whose bittersweet indie rock and alt-folk sound has drawn comparisons to Cat Power and Angel Olsen. With darkly melodic sensibilities and groove-driven electric guitar, Jasmijn's music is both vulnerable and commanding, carrying the weight of love, loss, and change.
Also taking the stage is Bray, an alternative folk artist known for haunting, ethereal vocal melodies underpinned by minimalistic acoustic guitar. Weaving delicate yet powerful soundscapes, Bray’s music lingers long after the last note.
