Cane Rouge Biography
Cane Rouge are an Alternative trio from Newcastle upon Tyne. Consisting of Ant Clarke on Vocals + Guitar, Dale McGee on Drums and Joe Harrison-Brown on Bass. In April 2023, Cane Rouge played their first show and have since been often described as “A solid live band with gnarly riffs, plenty of onstage energy, stage presence and dynamism” -DIRGE Mag
Their sound is ever evolving into an Alt Rock cocktail of melodic madness.
Their first EP “Embers” was released in summer 2024. Aswell as write ups in local music mags NARC. and DIRGE, They’ve since gained close to 25k spotify streams and have been played regularly on local radio stations such as Nova, Future Hits and sparkFM.
