Wes Youssi and The County Champs Biography
Wes is a songwriter & musician from Portland, Oregon. He spent his formative years living in Belvidere, Illinois surrounded by sprawling corn farms and acres of empty woods. His passion for country music began at 6 years old listening to his grandmother play Patsy Cline & Jim Reeves records during summer visits.
Wes’ band, The County Champs, play classic country music for hard-working and good-timing people. With a sound described as golden age honky-tonk country, they roam throughout the Pacific Northwestern playing rural and city venues with tenacity and high-octane twang.
