Juno GR

The Athenian singer/songwriter Juno has been producing her own music since the beginning of 2018. After almost 5 years of classical training she crossed over to modern music and self trained in modern electronic production.

She has been collaborating with international and local artists since 2016 and until now she has officially released as an independent artist, 3 EPs as well as various singles, remixes, covers, remaining well active in the local underground alternative electronic scene.

Her musical soundscapes consist of experimental Downtempo Electronic Pop, Art Pop, Trip Hop, Dance music, revealing her various musical influences from artists such as Kate Bush, Bjork, James Blake and what characterizes her music productions are intense beats and distorted moog synths as well as distorted natural instruments such as strings, wind instruments, percussion.

In her live project, she blends live electronics and vocals creating an organic electroacoustic soundscape pulsating an emotive, atmospheric connection with the audience. It fully depicts the harmony between (wo)man and machine and it gives a glimpse into the future of electronic musicians.

As of now, she has already participated in various noteworthy electronic and art festivals such as Athens Digital Arts Festival, ELECTRIC NIGHTS, performed in one SOFAR event in the Netherlands, toured all around Greece and has performed in various venues in her home town. Furthermore she has participated and performed in three major showcase festivals, SPIKE in Plovdiv (BG), ATHENS MUSIC WEEK (GR) and SO ALIVE MUSIC CONFERENCE in Sofia, (BG).

She is currently working on new music where she explores self expression, inner feelings, societal pressures, feminism as well as empowerment.

Her music is powerful, emotive, cinematic.
