MISTER & MRS

The husband-and-wife pop duo MISTER & MRS, with Americana/Indie vibes, is made up of Freerk and Tryntsje Hospes from the Netherlands. During their five-month journey through Europe, where they lived off their music, their love for music really grew into something big. Inspired by the American duo Johnnyswim and the Canadian trio Wild Rivers, they began writing their own music in 2023. Their songs are a reflection of their shared life, with personal lyrics and catchy melodies. Real stories that resonate and strike a chord with their audience.

At the end of January '24, they released their debut single 'Million Reasons', which won the 'debut in a minute' on radio 3FM, was chosen as the MAXI single on NPO Radio 5, and was featured on various (radio) playlists.

In the meantime, their follow-up single 'Find My Way' has become a staple on national radio. Their third single, "Wild Roses" 'was immediately added to the NPO Radio 5 playlist, marking the first time that three consecutive singles have made it onto the playlist.

They take care of the lyrics and music themselves, but Freerk & Tryntsje are supported by big names in the music industry.

The duo is working on their very first EP, which will be released in '25. They performed at several festivals this year, are playing their own show, and will perform as a supporting act for artists in the Netherlands.
