the forest forgets blends the crushing weight of metal with the expansive, atmospheric qualities of post-rock. Formed in 2024, the band brings together Griffin Romprey (Vocals), Brandon Curcio (Guitar), Brennan McGuirk (Bass), James Hagen (Drums); each contributing their unique flair to the sonic tapestry of their music. Influenced by the haunting landscapes of nature with lyrical introspection, their sound weaves sludgy riffs with mournful melodies, inspired by themes of existential dread, decay, and the passage of time.
