DJ Mani Midi

Manish Miglani is an American DJ, music producer, MC, poet, songwriter, fashion style inspirer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. Transplanted to the US from India when he was two years old, Manish grew up in the suburbs of Chicago preparing to be a doctor as expected by his family. However, in this freshman year, he decided to transfer from Northwestern to University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, where he started his musical endeavors. At the age of 25, while he was working for legendary Gramaphone Records, Manish launched his first company EAR DJs that represented 33 of the biggest names in techno music. He then curated and co-founded the Gramaphone Techno Showcases which became a portal for many international DJs to perform for the first time in Chicago. These showcases continued for 5 years with total of 44+ events.
Since then, Manish has explored, trained and mastered his craft in many areas of music creation. He is an expert in Professional Audio, Ableton Live, Vinyl Mixing, Digital Set-ups, Studio Design, Beat Programming, Remixing, Song Writing, Music Marketing, Sound Designing, and more. He also has experience working at Guitar Center, the largest American music retailer, where as a GC Pro executive, he worked with many professional artists, churches, and other businesses, taking the client’s vision from concept to completion. Manish has performed across the globe, including the official after-hour party of one of the most prominent events, The Nobel Peace Prize Concert in Oslo, Norway. He is Currently enrolled in NYU Tisch’s Music Industry Essentials done in conjunction with the Clive Davis Institute and Billboard.
