With a story as unique as his sound, Omer Netzer is anything but a typical country artist hailing from small-town USA. Born in Nahariya, Israel, Nashville’s latest Country/Southern Rocker has served as a combat medic, celebrated a chart-topping music career in his home country, became a trained equine therapist, a detective, and returned to the military a second time after the October 7th terrorist attack. After his second combat tour, he came back to American soil in February of 2024 and hit the ground running. In less than a year he signed a management deal with Oscar Chavira at White Knuckle Productions, began writing with some of the top songwriters in the world, performing at coveted stages such as Whiskey Jam and CMA Fest, where he was the first artist from Israel to do so, generating buzz with major labels, and hushing Country Radio Seminar executives with just his soulful vocals and an acoustic guitar. Working with producer David “Messy” Mescon, whose diverse credits include Megan Maroney, Nicki Minaj, TigirLily Gold, Little River Band, Reyna Roberts, and Lunchmoney Lewis, he and his team are expertly crafting an EP to launch Netzer into the country music scene properly. While his music could easily be a solemn foreground for the pain he’s experienced, he marches forward with faith and positivity as a compass, using his past to bring people together in one of the most divided times in our history. It is safe to say with Omer Netzer the American dream is alive and well.
