Alongside the setting, I found the performance in harmony with the surroundings. The voice of Ernest Aines was beautiful. I am pleased to have found a male singer/songwriter who can vocalize with a varied tone and who has a depth of feeling and emotion. Albeit the human connection really empathized with the audience. And the audience connected too as we were asked to participate.
Thank you Oxford for a wonderful evening enabling such a wonderful artist to grace the stage.

Ernest Aines Biography
Ernest Aines writes songs ranging from Americana to folky storytelling and introspective Alternative Indie. His accomplished fingerstyle guitar playing and his search beyond the formulaic has seen him take out mulitiple songwriting awards. He is noted for his beautiful voice and ability to send his song straight to the hearts of the listeners.
