We enjoy Tony's singing every time we have the pleasure of seeing him. He was accompanied by his good friend and very talented musician Marcus Eldridge which made the night even more incredible. Bo's Barn in Temple has a fantastic dance floor. It was a beautiful, fantastic evening.

Tony Ramey Biography
Tony Ramey is a troubadour in the truest sense—an award-winning songwriter whose words and melodies have quietly shaped the soundscape of country and Americana music. Born in Appalachia, raised on the echoes of creeks and hollers, Ramey found his way to Nashville, where he spent nearly two decades penning songs for icons like George Strait, Willie Nelson, Trisha Yearwood, Alabama, Ray Price, and Mark Chesnutt—songs that have landed on millions of records, leaving gold and platinum marks for the publishing houses he wrote for.
Yet, Ramey never fully embraced the corporate side of the music business, preferring the road and the independent spirit that defines his craft. After years in Music City, he set his sights on Texas, where the wide-open landscapes inspired his next chapter—a fusion of country, folk, and soul, culminating in albums like Spirit of Hank, Horses to Ride, and Soul Survivor featuring a duet with Willie Nelson.
With a voice as rich as the West Virginia hills he called home, and lyrics described as rough and resonant as its haul roads of “dust and gravel,” Ramey’s catalog is filled with both chart-topping hits and underground gems like "West Texas Lonely", “Heaven Cried,” Closer to the Truth,” and "Dreamin’ Enough to Get Me By." His legacy is one of quiet endurance, a songwriter’s songwriter whose music speaks long after the last note fades.
