Jamie Hansen is a rising artist forging her own brand of backcountry pop. Hansen's powerful vocals paired with her raw, hit-you-in-the gut lyrics, allow her to effortlessly cross between pop and country. Over the past four years, she has released 12 singles and a live EP, earning recognition as a Nashville Songwriters Association “One to Watch” and praise from Buzz Music for her "unique vocal prowess." Hansen has opened for superstar Natasha Bedingfield and supported Canaan Smith at the 5150 Festival in 2024.
Hansen's music may be mainstream, but her lifestyle is anything but. Whenever Jamie isn't on the open road performing, she is probably on the back of a horse in the mountains. A Wyoming native, Hansen loves horse packing, backpacking, xc skiing, snowmobiling, and so much more. Her favorite times involve riding her horse and singing on the trail. In addition to touring, Hansen has had a career as a backcountry guide. Her crazy lifestyle and heartfelt lyrics are what led Hansen to coin her own 'backcountry pop' music.
