Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band
Whoa – this is going to be one powerful night. This double decker of music beings with Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band. It’s the vocals that come straight from the belly – deep and rustic. A sound that is going to fill the vineyard and beyond. It’s got the Southern Mississippi heart and original sound. And you know, anytime there is a good spoon solo, we’re absolutely in.
Three time BMA nominee’s The Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band are “the greatest front-porch blues band in the world”. They are led by Reverend Peyton, who most consider to be the premier finger picker playing today. He has earned a reputation as both a singularly compelling performer and a persuasive evangelist for the rootsy, country blues styles that captured his imagination early in life and inspired him and his band to make pilgrimages to Clarksdale, Mississippi to study under such blues masters as T-Model Ford, Robert Belfour and David “Honeyboy” Edwards. Their latest record Dance Songs For Hard Times went #1 on the Billboard, iTunes and Sirius XM Blues Charts and was produced by Grammy winner Vance Powell (Jack White, Chris Stapleton). The record is critically acclaimed by Rolling Stone, Relix, Popmatters, Guitar World, American Songwriter, No Depression, Glide, Wide Open Country, Paste, American Blues Scene and many more!
Charlie Parr
Raw, brash, unexplainably wild – just the way we like him. Let’s welcome Charlie Parr back to the vineyard for an always memorable Wine Down! Charlie has a new step to his beat, a little love in his stories, and a new album that was released this year! Charlie is a gentleman who writes stories that become songs. His delivery of music is so unlike anything else we’ve come across. He’s real, thoughtful, deep and passionate. A guy that continues to seek wisdom, answers, and experience – lucky for us, he puts it in a song. Be it on an acoustic guitar or that steel guitar that he plays so fiercely – we love Charlie. Easily one of the most sought-after shows at Wine Down. Let’s join together and see how one person fills acres of vines and captures the entire audience.

Had a great sense of humour. Got a T-shirt and badge. Very fare prices 😃
Will see them again hopefully sooner rather than later 😁.
