BSP Biography
BSP is a synaesthetic artist and performer. Through solo acts, BSP engages audiences in a passionate portrayal of music, producing original paintings while singing, painting, and playing on stage simultaneously. This unique experience is made possible by installing small piezo triggers on the back of each canvas, connecting them to a laptop, and assigning each artwork to a different sound, activated by painting. Having performed at prestigious venues such as the Venice Biennale (2019) and Tate Modern London (2020), BSP's talent has garnered widespread acclaim. One of her performances, "The Blending of Senses," was featured in the documentary of the same name on Sky Arts TV, offering audiences insight into the extraordinary world of synesthetic experiences. Currently touring with "Fluttering Colours," BSP's show immerses audiences in the perspective of a butterfly through innovative technology and projections, exploring themes of adaptation, resilience, and the impact of climate change. The performance combines live singing, painting, spoken word, music, and visual effects to deliver a powerful message of environmental consciousness and the interconnectedness of all life forms.
