Etter et hundretalls timer med «Rock Band» på Playstation, hadde gutta i Hoggormsafari bygd opp nok selvtillit til å ta steget opp fra kjellerstua og starte ordentlig band. Inspirert av collegepunken fra «American pie», spiller de en blanding av skatepunk, pop-punk – eller tyggegummipunk, om du vil. Med norske tekster og smittende energi, er målet å skape god stemning på hver konsert. Tekstene spenner fra klimakrise til spøkelser, men de catchy og allsangvennlige refrengene sørger alltid for godt humør.

De fremadstormende pop-punkerne i TwoMinutesHate fra Oslo stiller væpnet til tennene med uimotståelige melodier!
Tydelig preget av en oppvekst med Blink 182-plakater på veggene og The Offspring på discman’en, debuterte firkløveret i 2021.
Med to EP'er i ryggsekken har bandet fått være med på lydsporet til en film, fått hyppige avspillinger på radiokanaler som NRK P13, og også fått plass på en av Spotifys egne spillelister; New Music Friday Norge.
På få år har TwoMinutesHate lagt bak seg over 50 konserter, deriblant på turné i England og Wales, og er nå straks klare for å vise verden et storslagent debutalbum det virkelig smaker døråpner av!

The new Norwegian pop punk quartet TwoMinutesHate show up armed to the teeth, with catchy melodies that penetrate your skull!
The band members are from different parts of Norway, but are based in Oslo. Vocals and guitar are delivered by Sama A. Miserée, whose self-revelatory pennings convey a lyrical universe built on heartbreak, friendships, longing, grief and dark thoughts that seldom make their way out of the deepest corners of the mind.
On bass and vocals there's Helene C. Kunz, on lead guitar is Øystein H. Gravdahl and behind the drums is Sondre L. Paulsen, and together the group of friends has developed a sound perfectly tailored for people who wear Vans in the winter.
Showing clear signs of having spent the last few decades with Blink 182 on the bedroom walls and NOFX in the Discman, your future favourite band was conceived right before the pandemic broke out.
TwoMinutesHate’s debut EP Restless, Nervous And Way Too Loud has already earned them a significant amount of airplay on one of Norway’s largest radio channels NRK P13, and even landed them a spot on the soundtrack of the Norwegian comedy Jentetur!
Now they are back once again with their new EP Calm On The Surface, available on all streaming platforms right now!
