davvn Biography

Formed by two kids who grew up on AIM and MySpace, the female-fronted duo davvn (pronounced dawn) are a nostalgic alt-rock group that draws influence from early 2000’s pop punk and modern alternative. After multiple viral TikTok songs (including a new version of 1985 featuring Bowling for Soup) the Nashville-based duo is ready to make waves with their pop/rock anthems. The group's name "davvn" channels the energy of the bittersweet pink & blue morning hours when the night before is ending and the sun comes up on a new day.

McCall (vocals) and Mike (guitar, production) met their last year of college in Boston, MA and bonded over their shared love for pop punk and 2000s pop. After gaining recognition within the Boston music scene, the duo moved to Nashville and have begun working with producer Andrew Gomez (Girlfriends, John Harvie, Lost Stars) and found their footing on TikTok. The duo is poised for an ever bigger year in 2025.
