Funk In The Name

Musical Style: Funk, Pop, Second Line, Jazz Funk In The Name is a brass band based outside of Denver Colorado. They have a love for life and music, and hope to make the world a better place through their craft. FITN puts on an energetic and engaging show that always fills the room. FITNs show involves rippin' horn lines, blasting bass lines, and drum grooves that keep you dancin' all night! The band plays a mix of cover songs recognizable to all, as well as original songs and improvised music. With roots from street performing, busking, and jam sessions, FITN has made a name for themselves. They've released singles on major streaming platforms, and performed at events such as 4th of July at Elitch Gardens Amusement Park, and the annual Wax & Whiskey event in Golden Colorado.
