Total Massacre Biography
Formed in the wake of the disastrous election of a big orange fascist (the first time!), hardcore political punks Total Massacre have been pushing back as loudly as possible ever since. Their new EP Gross Domestic Product aims 4 furious new punk tracks directly at the fascists in power and the billionaires that put them there. This release is the first in a series of EPs focused on the ever-accelerating devaluation of our lives, our culture, and our world. It’s painfully relevant music for painful times.
Gross Domestic Product Releases today, August 1st, 2025, on streaming services everywhere as well as on SiriusXM’s FACTION PUNK. Additionally, on August 8th, the Total Massacre Six Strings of Punk feature will begin airing on the station, giving fans some insight into a few of the band’s favorite punk songs, and their own music too.
— Chris Hannah, Propagandhi“Total Massacre have a directness and simplicity that is kind of a lost art these days; it was a hallmark of the punk scene back in the 1980's and is what gave the music of that era the immediacy that inspired young people to engage in acts of resistance to fascism. We need more of that.
— MAXIMUM ROCKNROLL“Totally pissed off political punk.. Nothing subtle about this band or its message, just a 2"x4" of social justice upside the head set to straightforward hardcore punk with a few killer leads and a ton of catchy, sing-along choruses... I've never said this in a review before, but I'll say it now: Tim woulda loved this record.
— Greg Lonesome, The RocknRoll Manifesto“Total Massacre are the best hardcore band on the planet and this 3rd LP further proves my point. I'll even go so far as to say Total Massacre have made some of the most socially relevant and important music of the last 6 years. Theirs is a voice that was truly needed and still is, more now than ever.
Total Massacre is:
Mike Massacre - Guitar
Eric Massacre - Guitar
Jeff (wears Birkenstocks) Massacre - Bass
Tommy Massacre - drums
Cap’n No-Fun - Vox
