No Plexus

No Plexus is an experimental electronic composer-producer music duo bridging electronic pop and contemporary classical music. No Plexus step out of their individual backgrounds in contemporary classical music to champion a concept-driven yet playful approach to art-pop and deconstructed club. Since releasing their debut album Rite of Passage (2023), the duo have been honing their live shows while touring globally. Their forthcoming five-track EP bridges the time and space between the ancient and the futuristic, all through a sincere lens. The “ancient” is reflected in their music by the extensive use of orchestral instruments and traditional compositional techniques, while they lean toward the future with their gnarling bass, hyper-real sound design, and deconstructed beats. To mark the end of their multi-year residency at Rewire, as young artists in residence, No Plexus will premiere a brand new audiovisual show at the festival, in collaboration with visual artist Amalia Jaulin.
