About this concert
Brighton Pride’s first Rock/Metal/Punk/Alternative event
PRIDE ROCK is back for its 3rd year!
Bringing you a host of the finest Rock/Metal/Alternative acts from across the UK.
PRIDE ROCK originated from a desire to represent musical diversity at
Brighton Pride, and showcase Rock/alt talents to support the LGBTQ+ community.
We are thrilled to announce that this year’s show is headlined by global sensation/guitar icon SOPHIE LLOYD!
She released her debut solo album in November 2023, a completely independent
endeavour via her own Autumn Records label. Recorded during the covid lockdown, Sophie
reached out to some of her heroes to collaborate, on boarding names such as Lzzy Hale
(Halestorm), Matt Heafy (Trivium), Chris Robertson (Black Stone Cherry), Brandon Saller
(Atreyu) and Nathan James (Inglorious). The album received rave reviews, hitting number 3
in the rock charts and 11 in the independent albums chart on week of release.
Having sold out her debut headline show at London’s Camden Underworld,
which sold out in minutes, this is one show you don’t want to miss.
Main support comes from fierce DIY punk rocker BEX.
Opening act to be announced.
Come join the party!
