Prisoner Biography
Prisoner unifies death metal, sludge, crust, and industrial into an all-consuming experience of extreme metal and noise. Formed in Richmond VA in 2012, Prisoner made their mark in 2017 with the debut album BEYOND THE INFINITE via Forcefield Records just after releasing a string of homemade EPs. 7 years later the band followed up with 2024's PUTRID | OBSOLETE via Persistent Vision Records, where Prisoner continued to transform their blackened sound by elevating the band's industrial influences and sampling facets.
