Through innovative interpretations of iconic songs, this performance will pay homage to some of the great female jazz vocalists of then and now, including Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan, Melody Gardot, Amy Winehouse and Diana Krall. It will also showcase some of Eleonora's original compositions, blending jazz with pop influences to create a fresh and unique sound that captivates and inspires.

About Eleonora Kouneni:
Originally from Greece, Eleonora Kouneni is a London-based jazz vocalist and songwriter known for her contemporary and emotive jazz vocal style and unique original compositions. She launched her musical career in Athens, opening for legendary greek vocalists Maria Farantouri and Savina Yannatou at the 16th Greek Anti-Racism Festival.
Since relocating to London, she has been quickly established herself in the London jazz scene, performing at various London bars and venues, including the Green Note and Vortex Jazz Club, as well as at Pangea in New York City. She is also delighted to be performing at Monk's Jazz Club in Austin this March, alongside renowned musicians from the US jazz scene.
In 2022 she released her first two singles, "Stay" and "Effortlessly", which were commended in the UK songwriting competition, reaching worldwide audiences and attracting over a million streams.
In May 2023 she released her debut EP "If You Just...", and is now working on her next EP of original arrangements of jazz standards.

Eleonora Kouneni Biography
Originally from Greece, Eleonora Kouneni is a London-based jazz vocalist and songwriter known for her contemporary and emotive jazz vocal style and unique original compositions. She launched her musical career in Athens, opening for legendary greek vocalists Maria Farantouri and Savina Yannatou at the 16th Greek Anti-Racism Festival, and for Matoula Zamani and Pantelis Thalassinos at the Greek Μedia Broadcasters stadium concert in 2012.
She since relocated to London quickly establishing herself in the London jazz scene, performing at various London bars and venues, including the Green Note and Vortex Jazz Club, as well as at Pangea in New York City.
In 2022 she released her first two singles, “Stay” and “Effortlessly”, which reached worldwide audiences and were commended in the UK songwriting competition.
