The latest all-star line-up of the show, produced as ever by Phil Aldridge, features Tony Kiley (formerly from 80’s sensation The Blow Monkeys) on drums, Trevor Newnham (Dr Hook) vocals and bass, Greg Webb vocals and guitars, Mike Baker vocals, guitars and keys and Garreth Hicklin vocals, guitars and keys.
Garreth, Greg, Trevor and Mike effortlessly capture the vocal style and delivery of Henley, Walsh, Frey, Schmidt and Meisner and are all masters of their respective instruments.
Extremely tight harmonies & an acute attention to detail are synonymous with The Illegal Eagles, now in their 24th year on the road. Absolutely brilliant band, we were slightly apprehensive before we went, how wrong we were, they were absolutely amazing both vocally and the guitarists were absolutely spot on, couldn’t believe that anyone could make hotel California sound exactly like the Eagles and the guitarist who played the solo part was astounding, When the opening piano notes started for desperado l though oh no, nobody else can sing this song, once again I was wrong, the lead singer absolutely nailed it,
Suffice to say I would 100% book to see them again and if you are an Eagles fan it’s an absolute treat
