The Puma Perl Band

Puma Perl is a poet, writer, performer, and the author of five solo poetry collections. With The Puma Perl Band, she merges poetry with rock and roll. The band started in 2012 with Joff Wilson, musician/songwriter and founder of Bowery Boys and SoulCake and now also includes musician/songwriter Joe Sztabnik, founding member of New York Junk and Dragons Redux and percussionist Dave Donen who has played with The Lenny Kaye Connection and many, many more bands. In various configurations, The Puma Perl Band plays not only locally but nationally and internationally and was formerly known as Puma Perl and Friends.
