Emerging from the melting pot of Houston, Texas, Tincture blends the heavy, dreamy atmospheres of shoegaze, the tones of 90s alternative, with the brooding weight of doom rock all while drawing influence from bands like Windhand, King Woman, and True Widow.

Coining the term "witchgaze" to describe their sound, Tincture blends heavy, entrancing shoegaze with a unique approach to songwriting. Treating songwriting as a form of spellcasting, each song becomes a ritual of empowerment and reflection.

Their debut single, Punish, is a six-minute exploration of pain and self-awareness, establishing the band's unflinching dive into the darker corners of the Self.

Following this, their second single, Bruja, delves into transformation and inner awakening, combining haunting vocals with heavy, fuzz-drenched instrumentation. From brooding verses to a crushing outro, Bruja builds a sense of intensity and release.
