About this concert
Originally from the UK, Callaghan moved from London to Atlanta in summer 2010 to record her debut album with Grammy-nominee, Shawn Mullins. Ten years performing and winning fans all over the USA followed. Off the road, she recorded studio albums in Nashville and Los Angeles, before returning to live full time in the UK in 2020.
BBC Radio 2 and BBC local radio have been strong supporters, with Bob Harris describing her as "a wonderful artist... hugely talented".
Callaghan performs on piano and guitar with a stunning voice, earning frequent comparisons with artists like Sarah McLachlan, Eva Cassidy, and Carly Simon. Her songwriting chronicles the stories, experiences, and emotions which are part of everyone's lives.
Her latest project, The Music You Gave to Me, is a deeply emotive album, written after becoming a mother and losing her father very suddenly to cancer. Whilst touching on the subject of grief and heartbreak, the record also features songs of hope, love, and resilience.
Tom Bright's electrifying 2024 saw him support top artists, play his fourth Glastonbury, and headline across the UK and Europe. Praised by CLASH Magazine and John Kennedy, he now gears up for a 2025 release produced by The Clash's Mick Jones and Dirty White.
