Lean Tee

Lean Tee are a rising lo-fi emo trio from Baltimore. Their latest release, Elsewhere GO!, was written and recorded by vocalist and guitarist, Taylor Kracher. The project was largely produced on a portable sampler while he was living with his aunt in 2023, after his housemates had moved out west to explore life outside of Maryland. Kracher opted to stay and pursue music, capturing this transient experience through the contemplative EP that explores blurry dreams and themes of romantic and physical burnout.

As a three-piece, Lean Tee has since garnered the attention of the regional DIY music scene due to their compelling combination of visceral, dream-like textures, and 90s informed, math-tinged emo performances. Their Elsewhere GO! EP, originally intended to remain a “cassette-only” album sold as merchandise at their live shows, was officially released on December 12 2024.
