[HU] Az Inverted Spectrum Records a „Téli Pszichedelia #1” című szezonális eseményével folytatja a pszichedelikus zenei koncertsorozatát. Ezúttal egy súlyosabb és sötétebb kiadással jelentkezünk: meghívtuk a horvátországi Čakovecből érkező Zagušljivi Dim együttest, amely először lesz látható Budapesten, és összehoztuk őket a dunaújvárosi Band in the Pit-tel, valamint a budapesti Borggal, akiknek nemrég jelent meg debütáló albumuk. [EN] Inverted Spectrum Records continues its seasonal events of psychedelic music with “Winter Psychedelia #1”. Zenéjük egy mantraszerű zenei utazás, melynek célja a csodálatos, a hátborzongató, az ismeretlen és a titokzatos felfedezése. A „füst” a nevükben a folyékonyságot és a megfoghatatlanságot jelenti, ami visszhangzik a folyamatos műfajváltó megközelítésükben: a zenekar folyamatosan ingadozik a pszichedelikus rock, a krautrock és a spoken word között, beépítve a kísérleti, post-punk/post-rock és etno/folk hatásokat is, amelyek koherens zenei narratívává formálják albumaikat. Legutóbbi, „Durchfall der Lebensmaschine” című albumuk három különböző kiadóval együttműködésben jelent meg: WV Sorcerer Productions (Franciaország/Kína), Ramble Records (Ausztrália) és Echodelick Records (USA). A zenekar tagjai: Aleksandar Dolić (basszusgitár, ütőhangszerek), Martin Geček (gitár, billentyűs hangszerek) és Nikola Švenda (dobok, ütőhangszerek). [EN] The Čakovec-based trio Zagušljivi Dim (“The Suffocating Smoke”) finds inspiration in the worlds around and within us. Their music is a mantra-like musical journey, aimed at exploring the wondrous, the eerie, the unknown, and the mysterious. "Smoke" in their name signifies fluidity and elusiveness, echoed in their continual genre-shifting approach: the band constantly oscillates between psychedelic rock, krautrock and spoken word, incorporating experimental, post-punk/post-rock and ethno/folk influences, crafting their albums into cohesive musical narratives. Their latest album “Durchfall der Lebensmaschine” was published in collaboration with three different labels; WV Sorcerer Productions (France/China), Ramble Records (Australia), and Echodelick Records (USA). Ha az egyes zenei stílusok városok egy térképen, akkor a ma már dob-basszus-gitár felállásban játszó Band In The Pit a városokat összekötő végtelen országút mellett álló motel. Elsőre kézenfekvőnek tűnik a stoner rock jelző használata, közelebbről nézve viszont több a zenében az atipikus elem, mint a stoner zenei eszköztár kelléke. A 10-20 perces, önmagukba körkörösen visszaforduló, mániákusan ismételgetett témákra épülő instrumentális számok meg sem próbálnak verze-verze-refrén-verze dramaturgiájú daloknak tűnni. If each musical style is a city on a map, Band In The Pit, now a drum-bass-guitar band, is a motel on the endless highway that connects cities. At first glance, the use of the stoner rock adjective seems obvious, but on closer inspection there is more atypical element in the music than a stoner musical toolkit. The 10-20 minute instrumental tracks, which are based on manically repeated themes that go round and round in a circle, do not even try to sound like songs with a verse-verse-refrain-verse dramaturgy. Sziluettek a színpad félhomályában, 2022 óta keverik a bajt: a dobok mögött Terjék Dia, keze alatt mennydörgésben találkozik réz, nyír és szintetikus bőr, mellette egy szintetizátor idegrendszerébe huzalozva Fogl Márton tekeri ki a gitár nyakát. 2025-ben elkészült első lemezük, a BIOM – és a folytatás már a horizonton.
