The Cat Prince & Other Poems, his third collection, won the Books Are My Bag Readers Award for Best Poetry 2023. Pedersen has also been shortlisted for the Forward Prizes for Poetry and won a Robert Louis Stevenson Fellowship. His work has been praised by the likes of: Stephen Fry, Irvine Welsh, Kae Tempest, Alan Cumming, Bernardine Evaristo & many other fine minds. His 'hotly contested' debut novel Muckle Flugga will be published by Faber in May 2025. Siobhan Wilson + Raveloe: The Scottish composer-songwriter has toured the USA and Canada supporting the likes of Suzanne Vega and The Proclaimers and as well as her own headline shows. She has collaborated with numerous artists, such as Kathryn Williams, Clementine March, Le Noiseur/Simon Campocasso, Takeshi Furukawa, and Rachel Sermanni, and in the UK has toured live on stage with bands such as Van Morrison, Roddy Frame, Arab Strap's Aidan Moffat, Idlewild, and more. Siobhan has 15 years of international studio production experience including as far as Paris where she resided for 5 years, New York, Budapest and Scotland. Her albums have been played extensively across national and international radio, shortlisted for the Scottish Album of the Year and drew attention from the likes of Rolling Stone and BBC6 Radio Lauren Laverne who listed her music as 'album of the day'. Wilson is a regular live performer at BBC Scotland and BBC6 radio stations and was also shortlisted for "Best Musician" in The Sunday Herald Culture Awards.Wilson runs her own indie record label “Sufrecs” which saw her highly-acclaimed album 'The Departure', from which the lead single 'Marry You' featured in September 2019 on Saturday night's BBC Frankie Boyle's 'New World Order’. Siobhan Wilson's song 'Terrible Woman' featured on the UK BBC Drama "Back To Life" from the producers of Fleabag, and is being aired currently on the Showtime, and Netflix. The song "Say It's True" featured on a French TV advert. Raveloe is the project of multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Kim Grant. The alias is taken from the name of a fictional village within the pages of a Mary Anne Evans (George Eliot) novel called Silas Marner about a reclusive weaver. Growing up in the small industrial town of Motherwell she found magic and escaped in the small beauties through moments of isolation and difficulty. A thread evident in songs that oscillate from heartbreak to hopefulness, exploring dualities and inspired by a fusion of folk-rock-indie. 2021 saw the arrival of her debut self produced EP ‘Notes and Dreams’ and follow up singles ‘New House’ and ‘Catkins’ released on Olive Grove Records which led to features in BBC 6 Music, BBC Introducing, The Roddy Hart Show as well as The Clash, Euphoria, For The Rabbits and one of Vic Galloways one to watch in 2022 to name a few. The album Exit Light (FFO Big Thief, Frightened Rabbit, Waxahatchee) was released on Olive Grove Records in 2023, featured on BBC 6 Music, BBC Scotland Afternoon Show, BBC Scotland’s Vic Galloway and Roddy Hart shows respectively, it also made several album of the year lists including those by GodisintheTV and Vic Galloway and The Weekender. Inspired by the likes of Big Thief, PJ Harvey, The Microphones and This is The Kit you can expect moments of delicate folk inspired reflection to swelling ripples of distortion and energy.
