About this concert
The award-winning SamJam Bluegrass Festival is a five-day event in the days leading up to Labor Day in Piketon, Ohio. The festival features the most recognizable names in bluegrass music. SamJam also includes a youth music camp, the Pinecastle Records National Band Competition and a cornhole tournament, among other features.
The SamJam Hop kicks off the 2025 festival on Wednesday, August 27 with fans getting a taste of southern Ohio at local music venues before the festival shifts to the Pike County Fairgrounds, a picturesque setting in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains with accommodations for more than 300 electric and water hookups for campers. Primitive camping is also available.

I have been begging for the SD's to come to San Diego and finally they did. I have been a fan since 2008. You think we only like surf music? Not true. We love super musicianship and vocals.
It was a privilege to get to see and year them at the legendary Belly Up Solana Beach, Ca.

The SteelDrivers Biography
The SteelDrivers are a bluegrass band from Nashville, Tennessee.
While there's a strong traditional streak in the SteelDrivers' sound, they bring a passion to their delivery that adds a distinctive flavor, and forceful grit adding undertones of blues, soul, and rock.
The band took home the Grammy for Best Bluegrass Album in 2015 for The Muscle Shoals Recording.
2021 brought the latest member on board, lead singer Matt Dame.
The quintet tours an average of 75 dates annually and is currently touring the US
