This Summit Fever

This Summit Fever: A 4 legged, 2 headed noise machine that jams riffs and grooves like they were written in the 1970s, but channel them through a modern sonic aesthetic. They have been described as a ston*r rock band but again, this is only part of the story. There is also a melancholic grunge vibe and moments of all out noise rock to the sound of the band. Swedish label Majestic Mountain Records recently signed This Summit Fever and will release their debut album in April 2025. The self-titled debut album was recorded by the band themselves in their own studio. With 2 EPs released, an appearance at Bloodstock Open Air music festival 2023 and many other shows around the UK with the likes of Margarita Witch Cult, Kal El, Tuskar and Raging Speedhorn under their belts, This Summit Fever are gaining momentum. This Summit Fever are based in the Midlands in the United Kingdom, an area of the country which has spawned many notable Rock and Metal musicians over the decades. The band are Andy Blackburn on guitar and vocals and Jim McSorley on the drums. This Summit Fever bridge the gaps between sub genres like Stoner Rock, Grunge, Post Rock and Noise Rock and connect with fans on all sides.
