About this concert
Fri 7th March 5.00 pm to Mon 10th March 11pm AEDT.
Friday start time 5.00 pm
Saturday, Sunday, Monday start times 10.00am
IN BRIEF: probably the smallest and certainly the most intimate folk festival in the world, with just one marquee stage, a dedicated listening audience of approx. 200 Baby Boomers and a lineup of approx. 20 world class musicians, most of whom perform internationally. Free camping / caravanning, meals and snacks available all day, self catering in the campsite for those who prefer to. Wines and beers at cellar door prices.
PERFORMERS INCLUDE:
Featuring Matt Joe Gow, Gina Jeffreys, Rod McCormack, James Gillard, Jen Lush, Paul Wookey, Enda Kenny, Marilla Homes, Bill Jackson, Frank Jones, Peter Daffy & Rhiz McArthur, Bruce Watson, Dingo’s Breakfast and more.
This will be the FINAL Burke & Wills Folk Festival on the March Labour Day Weekend because climate change is bringing the grape harvest forward, clashing with the festival. Not the final music event at Burke & Wills Winery, but the finale of this particular event, so interest is high and it will sell out, so get your bookings in early.
Tickets:
Weekend - $225
Day Tickets Saturday, Sunday, Monday, 10.am - 11.00pm approx - $70
Day Ticket Friday, 5.00 pm - 11.00 pm approx - $45
