Bob Holz

Holz started his jazz studies in Boston attending the Berklee College of Music. Thereafter he went on to study with Billy Cobham and Dave Weckl. Holz has played and recorded with a number of well known artists such as Mike Stern, Randy Brecker, Larry Coryell, Dean Brown (guitarist), Chet Catallo, Brandon Fields (musician), Steve Weingart, Mike Miller (guitarist), Stanley Clarke, Alex Acuna, Ralphe Armstrong, Jamie Glaser and Ric Fierabracci. He also used to play within the Larry Coryell Trio. His 2016 release, the album A Vision Forward, featured Larry Coryell, Mike Stern, Randy Brecker, Billy Steinway, Ada Rovatti, and Steve Weingart.

The third album for MVD Audio, Visions:Coast To Coast Connection with Bob Holz and A Vision Forward was released in 2018 and featured Stanley Clarke.
