Giorgia Angiuli Biography
Giorgia Angiuli is an Italian electronic producer and classical trained musician. She has a
colourful and playful vision of music, thanks to her synaesthesia, and is forever exploring
artistic topics in creative and innovative ways. She is loved by peers, fans, and tastemakers
alike for her authenticity and her unquenchable curiosity, forever connecting with her
listeners through her sets, releases, and via her label ‘United’, on which she will release her
next album ‘Quantum Love’ at the end of 2021.
The solo project of Giorgia Angiuli stylistically moves between melodic and techno
electronica. She uses her voice to create an ethereal dimension, intensified by the unique
combination of tech she uses. Her live set up is never the same as she constantly explores
new live techniques.
During her live performance she combines synths, drums, theremin, modified toys for kids
and many Bluetooth midi controllers. She collaborates with several brands, always happy to
test new gear. Curiosity is the key in her life. Mixing samples and loops she shapes a
vibrating and energetic groove that sets the dance floor on fire. She recently started a
collaboration with the brand Aodyo, creating a musical instrument ‘Sylphyo’ - Giorgia
Angiuli’s edition.
She’s released many singles and remixes on highly regarded labels such as Crosstown, Bpitch Control, Stil vor Talent, This Never Happened, Suara, Bedrock, Filth on Acid, Second State and more.
Her debut album “In A Pink Bubble”, released on Stil vor Talent, gained press attention worldwide. A long series of premieres, articles and reviews followed this release. The album received positive reviews on DJ Mag Spain with 9.5/10 and Faze Magazin (DE) with 10/10. Other articles were published on DJ Mag UK/worldwide, TRAX (France), DJ Mag Italy, Magnetic Magazine (USA), Electronic Groove, Attack Magazine (UK), Dj Mag (Mexico), Wired (Italy), Soundwall (Italy), LIFO (Greece), ClubbingSpain (Spain), on the Brazilian DJ Mag, Phouse, House Mag and on Radionica (Colombia).
Her label United launched in 2020, as a response to the unknown that surrounded us all. The aim is to grow an inclusive platform to explore special topics, inviting all her fanbase to be part of it. Opening the doors to everyone, considering the music as a language of hope, to support each other.
