Light. Sound. Divine strains. Unremitting rotation. An ecstatic whirl. A reverential bow. One last waltz. An everlasting waltz. And no end. Ever. On the anniversary of his funeral, a motley band of musicians, actors and performers in festive mood join to pay tribute to Johann Strauss with all the resources they can muster and an audience to match. Strauss a controversial figure? Occasionally. But the magic of his music could change the world into a better place, if only for a night. Let the last waltz be ours!
