Nyxx Biography
Multi-disciplinary artist and performer, Jacquelyn Dady, known as NYXX, is a visionary goth pop-star on the rise. Just as the Greek mythology, she comes shrouded in a crown of darkness; igniting power, strength and femininity through haunting lyrics and mesmerizing hooks.
Originating as a frontwoman for a pop-punk band in high school; she would become the tour de force as NYXX with the single “Wicked” in 2013. However, the one-woman machine of today would be seen with the EP “Diabolical” in 2016. Producing the songs in her bedroom at her Los Angeles apartment, the lead single “Nightmare" would become a capitulating underground pop hit. Her self-directed and self-edited music video for “Nightmare” then garnered over 1 million views in its first year alone, with over 6 million views to date. The following year, NYXX supported Aesthetic Perfection on a 17-date North American tour, solidifying herself as an artist to watch. In 2018 she collaborated with Aesthetic Perfection once again on the track, “Voodoo”, cultivating yet another hit in her catalog.
After almost 5 years since her last single, NYXX is ready to re-engulf the music industry into the “authenticity and consciousness” of her goth-pop world.
