Mike Skill, founding member and principal songwriter of The Romantics, that brought you hits
such as "What I Like About You" & "Talking In Your Sleep.” along with Original Romantics Drummer Jimmy Marinos, is still making music and touring with The Romantics. Skill also recently released solo singles "Not My Business”, "My Bad
Pretty" and "We Got Your Rock'n Roll” and ’67 Riot Featuring Wayne Kramer”. Mike continues
to write and record in Oregon and Detroit at Pearl Sound Studios
Mike Skill first picked up a guitar at age 13. Through his over 50 years of experience with the
instrument it has become second-nature. With his guitar, Skill’s lyrics and chords have become
icons of popular culture and transcended generations of listeners.
