Blame Zeus

Blame Zeus is a Portuguese alternative metal band from Porto. Since their formation in 2010, the group has recorded four studio albums: Identity in 2014; Theory of Perception in 2017; Seethe in 2019 and Laudanum in 2023.
Blame Zeus has a distinct musical style that transcends traditional genre boundaries, drawing influences from blues, metal, progressive, and alternative rock. Their music captures the essence of old-school rock and metal while presenting a modern sound characterized by rich melodies and poignant lyrics, complemented by the raw and raspy vocals of a fierce frontwoman.
In Portugal they have played in all major rock and metal festivals such as Vagos Metal Fest, Laurus Nobilis Music Fest and Milagre Metaleiro Open Air, and venues such as Hard Club and RCA Club.
"LAUDANUM", their latest release, is poised to mark a new chapter in Blame Zeus' musical journey, showcasing their evolution and creativity. Each track on the album is a testament to the band's collaborative prowess. They will be doing their first European tour on January 2025, in Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands, supporting Semblant.
