Except for a very brief shower , luckily passed before FenixDion took the stage, it was perfect end of summer weather, mostly sunny and warm. The band was in good form ,with a relatively new guitarist in the mix, but if you had not seen them before you would think he'd always been with them. We also got some brand new songs in a longish set, some rocked hard, others are more funky and danceable, and all have interesting lyrics. I can't wait until the next album comes out. If I was truly going to review the venue, I'd knock off a star. Surly makes good beer and tasty food in their taproom, but everything was overpriced. It's still a good place for an outdoor show with such a large beer garden.
